These terms cover your use of kudocraft.com. KudoCraft is a sole proprietorship run by its founder, an individual based in Ontario, Canada. Work on a specific project is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over this page for that project.

Using this website

You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy its text, design, code or images to present them as your own, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

Content and ownership

The text, design and code of this site belong to KudoCraft. Names, logos and screenshots of projects shown in our work belong to their owners and appear with permission. Concept projects use invented brands and are labelled as concepts; they show our approach and are not client work.

No advice, no guaranteed results

The site describes our services in general terms. It is not professional advice for your situation, and it does not promise particular business results, search rankings or timelines; those are agreed per project.

Prices and project terms

Any quote is an estimate until confirmed in a written agreement. Scope, price, payment schedule, ownership of the finished work and support terms are set out there before work starts.

Links to other sites

We link to live client sites and other services. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Liability

The site is provided as is and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep any protections the law of your home country gives you.
